Build a sedimentation tank at the construction site

Build a sedimentation tank at the construction site, first discharge the sewage into the sedimentation tank, remove suspended matter and oil substances and neutralize them, and then discharge them into the river after testing to meet the discharge standards.

During the drilling and pouring process, a screen is used to separate small gravel, sand and other solid particles in the mud, and the mud is discharged to the first sedimentation tank, the second sedimentation tank, and the third sedimentation tank for full sedimentation. During the construction process, the first sedimentation tank, the second sedimentation tank, and the third sedimentation tank are cleaned in time by an excavator, and the cleaned sediment is transported to the evaporation tank, and after natural dehydration and solidification, it is transported to the storage yard or the waste dump.

For the abandoned mud water, flocculants are added to the mud water. Since mud water is a suspended liquid containing a certain amount of fine mud particles in water, polymer flocculants are a type of water-soluble polymers. When mixed with mud water, the flocculants have the functions of bridging, netting, adsorption and electrical neutralization, which can destroy the stability of mud water and make mud particles quickly condense and settle from the water, thereby achieving the effect of mud-water separation.

The difference between quartz and mica

Mica and quartz are common minerals that play an important role in mineralogy. Although they are both silicate minerals, there are clear differences between them. First, mica and quartz are very different in appearance. One of its distinguishing features is that mica exhibits a layered structure that can be easily peeled off into thin flakes. Quartz, on the other hand, is a uniform crystal with no layered structure. Additionally, mica is usually dark in color, such as black, brown, or green, while quartz is usually clear or white. Secondly, mica and quartz also differ in their physical and chemical properties. The hardness of mica is usually between 2.5 and 4, which is relatively easy to be scratched; while the hardness of quartz is very high, 7, which is a very hard mineral. In addition, mica has good refractive properties and electrical properties, while quartz is an excellent piezoelectric material.

Sandblasting nozzle classification and use

Using high-pressure air as a power source to drive abrasive particles to hit objects within a certain range will produce a great impact. The function of the sandblasting nozzle is to spray abrasive particles on the object evenly and efficiently. Sandblasting nozzles can be divided into: straight hole sandblasting nozzle, Venturi sandblasting nozzle , double Venturi sandblasting nozzle, angle sandblasting nozzle Straight hole nozzle: There are only contraction section and straight section inside, the structure is simple and easy to manufacture. This kind of nozzle cannot overcome the vortex phenomenon existing at the inlet end, and the pressure loss is large; the abrasive velocity at the outlet is less than 100m/s under the pressure of 0.7MPa.

Slove method of the clogging of trommel screen sieve

The drum screen is a simple screening device.  The trommel screen  is easy to close and collect dust, the maintenance is small, the maintenance is simple, and the service life is long. It is a device frequently used in refractory materials, coal, river sand classification, and sandstone classification. The advantage of the trommel screen is that the structure is not complicated so that the device can be quickly operated, and when the trommel has problems, people can easily solve it. But what should I do when the screen of the trommel screen is blocked? The following screen will introduce several ways to solve the phenomenon of blocking the net. The trommel screen sometimes adopts a mechanism added to the fixed frame, and then the mechanism rotates to drive the belt mounted on the belt to continuously smear the surface of the sieve hole, thereby sucking out the raw material particles blocked in the sieve hole. One of the disadvantages in practice is that it produces a lot ...
