Recently, the Qingdao Metro's environmental protection system has been successfully put into operation, with the continuous separation of crushed stone and sand aggregate from shield tunnel excavation waste. The entire project, from design to implementation, was undertaken by LZZG Heavy Machinery as the EPC general contractor. The system mainly consists of modules for coarse particle separation, mud-sand separation, mud-water separation, tailwater treatment, and recycling. It is equipped with the company's independently developed intelligent management system, enabling on-site separation of sand and gravel from excavation waste, on-site dewatering and drying of slurry, and treatment of tailwater for project recycling. LZZG also manufactures sand washing machines for small and medium-sized construction projects.
