1. The noise problem caused by the loosening of equipment bolts

Solution: Retighten bolts or other fasteners;

2. The wrong direction of rotation caused by the wrong connection of the motor power cable

Solution: replace the power cable in the junction box;

3. The problem of delay in starting the click caused by overload of the motor or excessive conveying capacity

Solution: readjust the delivery volume;

4. Insufficient ventilation in the box or lack of lubricant causes the gearbox to heat up

Solution: Check and adjust the heat dissipation of the vent and add lubricant;

5. Motor heating problem

Solution:

(1) Clean the heat sink of the motor;

(2) Check whether the fan impeller is working properly to ensure smooth air circulation;

(3) Reduce the load;

(4) Tighten the connection;

(5) Rewire after checking.

6. The clogging of the sieve holes prevents the trommel screen from operating normally

Solution: Clean up the garbage clogging the screen holes in time to reduce clogging.
