When welding, only weld both sides of the spring, not both ends of the spring seat. Before installing the vibration isolation spring, check the dimensions and stiffness values to ensure that the stiffness and height of each group of springs are consistent. After the springs are installed, all springs are required to be vertical to the upper and lower supporting surfaces. The exciter and the screen box have been installed at the factory and shipped together. The original assembly condition must be checked at the installation site and the connecting parts must be re-fastened.
The sieve machine should avoid starting with material, and start feeding after it starts and runs smoothly. The feeding should be stopped before stopping, and the sieve can be stopped only after all the materials on the screen surface have passed. During the working process, always check whether the sieve machine is running smoothly. If it is found that the operation is abnormal or there is an impact sound, it should be stopped and checked immediately. In the event of a sudden accident, the material on the screen surface should be removed to avoid starting with materials when the machine is turned on next time, which will affect the service life. Frequently check the abrasion of the sieve plate and liner. If severe abrasion or cracks in key parts are found, they should be replaced or repaired in time.
