The annual output of 1 million tons belongs to the medium scale. Raw material silo, vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, 25-meter conveyor, cone crusher, 20-meter conveyor, 40-meter conveyor, 13-meter conveyor, sand washing machine, sludge dewatering machine, vibrating screen.


2. Configuration of soft material crushing production line with an hourly output of 300-400 tons.


Raw material silo, vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, 26m conveyor, counterattack crusher, 30m conveyor, 2 vibrating screens, 15m conveyor (4 units), rice conveyor, spiral sand washing machine, filter press machine.


Features of the production line: mainly for brittle stones with low hardness. The processed finished products have good grain shape, uniform grain size, and low needle-flaky content. The finished product has a good market in the market. The production process is simple and the cost is not high.
