At this time, the exciter can be cleaned and the eccentric shaft weighting block or the position of the sub eccentric block can be appropriately adjusted.

Abnormal material activity on the screen

It may be that there is an insufficient critical frequency of the screen box, indicating that the coupling bolt has been loosened, and even the degree of full vibration needs to be tightened immediately. Second, the horizontal level of the screen box is not fixed, and the fault is detected from the support foot spring itself. The spring or the size of the pad or the seat can be changed, and the screen mesh may be damaged. Just replace the screen. If the rigidity of the screen box is insufficient, the horizontal level will not cause the beam to break. If it is still running, the material will be abnormal. It is also possible that mishandling, that is, the extreme imbalance of the feedstock is also one of the reasons.

The vibrating screen rotates slowly and the bearing heats up.


This shows that the usual maintenance has not kept up, the bearing lacks grease; daily maintenance is also very important. If the bearing is a new grease, it may be the quality of the grease or too full, the inferior oil makes the bearing obstruction maze seal jam, so the quality of the grease is important. The fine particles in the feed material increase and the moisture increases, so that the upper layer of the screen is too thick and the feeding is uneven. The drum screen belongs to the relatively large processing equipment in the screening equipment.
