Reasons and treatments for thickener turbidity: First, strictly control the feed fineness to ensure stable feed amount, avoid sharp fluctuations in fineness and ore volume, and ensure smooth operation of the thickener; second, control the liquid-solid ratio to prevent turbidity caused by excessive liquid volume and high concentration; the best feed concentration for thickeners is 25%-30%; with the supplementary dilution of the supernatant of the thickener, the actual slurry concentration of the thickener can be maintained at around 18%-25%; at this concentration, the flocculation effect of the flocculant is the best; too high or too low a concentration is not conducive to the sedimentation of the ore;
